3. Services

JASRiR provides premium Internet-based services enabling users to purchase high-end apparel and merchandise (collectively, the "Products"). Upon placing an order, JASRiR will ship the product to you, and you will be responsible for its payment according to the methods provided on the Website.

7. Discount Policy

Users can utilize only one discount method per transaction (e.g., free delivery, coupon discount, or payment gateway discount).

  • If the cart contains a "free delivery" product, coupon discounts will only apply to the non-delivery portion of the cost.
  • Payment gateway-specific discounts cannot be combined with site-wide coupons.

8. Product Descriptions

JASRiR attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. If a product offered by JASRiR is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition.

11. Return & Replacement Policy

We strive for perfection, but if a product reaches you damaged or with a design error, JASRiR offers a return/replacement option:

  • Timeframe: Within 03 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Inspection: All returns are subject to quality checks by the JASRiR team.
  • Stock: If a replacement is out of stock, a full refund will be provided.
  • Non-Refundable: Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

12. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days following an evaluation of the returned item.
  • If a technical error causes a double payment, the excess amount will be refunded.

13. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order during the confirmation call. Once you have agreed to receive the product during the call and the order is processed, cancellation may no longer be possible.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.

15. Arbitration

Any controversy or claim relating to these Terms shall be settled by private and confidential binding arbitration held in Dhaka, Bangladesh, before a single arbitrator legally trained in information technology.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless jasrir.com and JASRiR from any losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your breach of any representation or covenant within these Terms.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

JASRiR is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for unauthorized access to user data. We are not responsible for delays caused by technical maintenance or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
