Wash Guide

Wash Guide

To ensure your JASRiR masterpiece remains as radiant as the day it arrived, we recommend following these bespoke care instructions designed for premium cotton and intricate artistry.

  1. Gentle Hand Wash Recommended: For the longevity of fine embroidery and delicate lace-work, we suggest a gentle hand wash. If using a machine, always turn the garment inside out and use a delicate laundry bag.

  2. Cold Water Sanctuary: Use only cold water (below 30°C). This preserves the integrity of our Digital Wildflower Prints and prevents the natural cotton fibers from shrinking.

  3. The Mild Liquid Choice: Opt for a premium, pH-neutral liquid detergent. Avoid all forms of bleach and harsh powders that can strip the vibrancy of jewel tones like Enchant Teal or the warmth of Sienna Orange.

  4. Do Not Wring or Twist: High-end cotton is delicate when wet. Instead of wringing, gently squeeze out excess water. This prevents the embroidery threads from pulling and maintains the structure of your suit.

  5. Avoid Softeners on Lace: While tempting, fabric softeners can leave a residue that dulls the crispness of our signature cut-out embroidery and front lace details over time.

  6. Air Dry in the Shade: Sunlight is the enemy of natural dyes. Lay your garment flat on a clean, dry towel in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Avoid hanging wet suits, as the weight can distort the silhouette.

  7. The Reverse Ironing Technique: Always iron on the reverse side using a low-to-medium setting. For heavily embroidered areas, we recommend using a clean pressing cloth between the iron and the fabric to protect the artistry.

  8. Storage with Intention: Store your JASRiR pieces in a cool, dry place. For long-term preservation, we recommend using breathable muslin bags rather than plastic covers to allow the premium cotton to breathe.

  9. No Dry Cleaning Required: Unless specified on a particular limited-edition piece, our premium cotton is best maintained through gentle home care. The harsh chemicals of dry cleaning can often be too aggressive for organic floral prints.

A Note on Quality: Because we use high-definition digital printing and artisanal threadwork, following this guide can extend the life of your garment by years, allowing it to become a cherished piece in your heritage collection.
